1. Proof of DOB (Admit card/Birth certificate) (Original and 2 photocopies)
2. 10th Marksheet (Original and 2 photocopies)
3. 10+ 2 Marksheet (Original and 2 photocopies)
4. Respective Social Category Certificate (Caste Certificate) (If applicable) (Original and 2 photocopies)
5. PWD Certificate (if applicable) (Original and 2 photocopies)
6. EWS Certificate (if applicable) (Original and 2 photocopies)
7. Aadhaar card (Original and 2 photocopies)
8. ABC ID (if applicable)
9. Printout of Provisional Admission confirmation Certificate generated from the portal (Original and 2 copies)
10. Printout of the application form generated from the portal (Original and 2 copies)
11. Printout of last payment receipt generated from the portal (Original and 2 copies)
12. Passport size photograph (2 copies)
13. Registration certificate (if applicable) (Original and 2 photocopies)
14. Migration certificate (if applicable) (Original and 2 photocopies)
